The WC-05 Whale Class missile Frigate was developed by the Calpurnian Tactical Navy Operations Command (CTNOC),of which has currently been dissolved for the Calpurnian Organization of Reunified Earth (CORE), shortly after the Vaerans and Humans united after the Calpurnian Cold War. The WC-05 was the answer for CTNOC's need for a Frigate-Class Space Warship with nuclear orbital bombardment capabilities as well as an anti-ship weaponry. Despite its lengthy career of service of 70 years, the Whale class vessel is a venerable and reliable frigate, which has helped CORE maintain peace on the Calpurnian Solar System of Helios since its creation. The Current model CORE utilizes is the A3 model, with Depleted uranium outer armor, a Vaeran Energy shield to complement it, and its use of Quantum Space Time Fold Technology (QSTFT) for interstellar Travel. Other than that the design and most of the WC-05s composition has been little changed since.
